We are seeking a professional who can effectively manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects as part of our Agile Delivery Services team.
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects (Agile/Hybrid) within time and budget.
- Manage agile project execution and install Agile best practices within the project.
- Manage project delivery team and stakeholders through communication and governance.
- Develop & manage measurements & KPIs for project governance and monitoring across projects.
- Manage project cost, risk, and resources.
- Ensure project adherence to company standards.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fields with over 9 years of professional experience.
- Proven track record in managing projects within agile/hybrid environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, particularly Azure DevOps or MS Project.
- Demonstrated experience as a project manager/scrum master for large to mid-scale product implementations.
- Hands-on involvement in projects encompassing Full Stack Development, RPA/BOTs, and COTS product rollouts.
- Experience in both internal delivery and vendor-driven projects, including Time & Materials (T&M) and Fixed Bid contracts.
- Collaborative, ability to listen, and compromise to make progress.
