The client is a leading global provider of telecom billing solutions & Business Support Systems (BSS) for fixed, mobile, broadband/IP, cable and satellite markets. The customer wanted to have a performance benchmark to their flagship Retail Telecom Billing & Customer Management system, a web application designed using Java technology leveraging Vaadin framework with Oracle Database as backend.
How we have helped our customer:
- Executed end-to-end performance testing and tuning– including installations, deployment changes of the application and implementation of tuning recommendations
- Apache Jmeter 2.13 was used to prepare the Test Suite
