We are hiring a Senior Presales Executive with strong expertise in bid management, RFP responses, and sales collateral development to drive strategic business opportunities in the IT/ITES industry.
Job Description:
- Own end-to-end proposal creation, including RFP/RFQ responses, capability documents, sales proposals, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Solution, Sales, and Management teams to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
- Engage in B2B presales activities targeting US, Canadian, UK, or Australian markets.
- Leverage inside sales experience to develop persuasive proposals and build strong client relationships.
- Support sales teams with impactful presentations and market insights.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Education: MBA/PGDBA in Sales/Marketing or Information Systems.
- Domain Expertise: Experience in the BFS (Banking and Financial Services) domain is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure, AWS, Data and Analytics, DevOps, Agile, IoT, and AI/ML.
- Communication: Strong written and spoken English with the ability to articulate complex solutions persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Relationship-building abilities and a proactive, go-getter mindset.
- Tools Proficiency: Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced documentation and presentation skills.
