Job Description:
- Lead teams to develop GenAI Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and projects solving client business challenges.
- Drive GenAI proposal solutions and present them to clients.
- Develop GenAI accelerators for new client acquisitions.
- Enable the team to use the latest GenAI technologies and trends.
- Act as an AI champion, fostering an AI-first culture within the organization.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong experience in GenAI, NLP, deep learning frameworks, and cloud AI solutions.
- Proven ability to lead AI teams and mentor professionals.
- Ability to articulate AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset to develop innovative AI solutions.
