Should have at least 3+ Yrs of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate
Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable – RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2), Application Servers (Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere), Web application, development, frameworks (Struts, Java Server Faces etc), Web Services
Experience in designing and building scalable and robust solutions in large web application deployments
First-class object-oriented design and programming skills
